about 35 tornadoes on average in october in the u.s. and we had that one likely, but three reported, between college station, texas, and austin. so other than that, a lot of blue and yellow dots. what that represents would be damaging wind and hail, and we've got the video to prove it. look at this. this is from just along the texas state line in southern and central oklahoma. and you're seeing blinding rain. they had plenty of lightning and, of course, those winds, up to 80 miles per hour that caused quite a bit of damage. we also saw quite a bit of hail, and some of it, one inch to even larger size, quarter-sized in some places. a big thanks to ktxs for sending those photos, my friends julie and michelle there. for sending those photos ahead. for all the viewers in texas, thank you for that. today, we have to warn those folks who are in the crosshairs. from indianapolis on the northern end to louisville, memphis, south to houston. along the same cold front, we'll be watching for storms. a lot of rain in northern michigan will come on
